Front Suspension:

The shocks that have been selected are FOX Float
3 evol R Air shocks.

Calculations
Total weight of the vehicle along with the driver = 280 *g=

Brake pedal ratio= 5

Ffront = 807.96 N
Frictional force on front = 0.7 * (1990.95/2) = 696.8325 N
Frear = 893.034
Frictional force on rear = 0.7 * (744.81) = 521.367 N
So, the braking system can easily lock the four wheels.

Stopping distance with initial velocity 45kmph and deceleration


6.5m/sec2 on a road of coefficient of friction 0.7 is 12.01m.
Lessons learnt
Brake discs can be manufactured by
ourselves as per the requirement of
our vehicle.
Calipers and master cylinder of
wilwood can be used for better
quality.
Single piston caliper can be used for
weight reduction of vehicle.
Innovation: Cutting brakes can be
used for better braking and steering
