 COMPANY HISTORY

GENPACCO, INC. was formerly the can making plant of Carnation
Philippines, Inc. (CPI) producing sanitary cans of various types and
sizes mainly catering to the needs of food and pharmaceutical
companies.

In July 1985, Carnation Philippines, Inc. stopped operations and closed

its main plant after its mother firm in the United States was bought by
Nestle of Switzerland. As CPI was disposing all its local assets, a group
of former top executives headed by then VP for Finance and
Administration Leonardo S. Cansana, purchased CPIs can making
plant. Thus, in August 1985, GENPACCO, INC. continued operations
under new management.

In 1995, GI has moved to its new plant located at Bo. Pittland,
Cabuyao, Laguna. Despite stiff competition in the canning industry,
management has been successful in maintaining a firm customer base
through its strict adherence and dedication to quality and service.

Today, Genpacco, Inc. is an ISO 9001:2008 & Halal Certified company

with its sights on acquiring an HACCP Certification to solidify our
commitment to Food Safety.

COMPANY PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Today, GI has the capability to manufacture a total of 200 million cans
per annum of high-quality cans for the processed food industry,
including nutritional dietetics market producing infant formula milk.

Three-Piece & Two-Piece Cans for Food Industries & Non-food
Markets

Genpacco, Inc. is capable of producing three-piece sanitary cans of
diameters 52mm (202), 65mm (211), 73mm (300), 83mm (307),
99mm (401) and 153mm (603) with can heights based on industry
standards or as required by the customer.

The product specifications are based on the industry standard, or as
required by the customer. Product specifications may include tinplate,
lacquering or lithography, and dimensional specifications.

Lithography and Coating

The Lithography Department of Genpacco, Inc. is equipped with its in-

house printing and coating facility to supply the needs of the existing
market. However, with the increased capacity of the department, the
company may also accept lithography and coating jobs from outside
customers.

Metal Fabrication

The Engineering Department (Machine Shop) of the company is capable

of fabrication of machine parts and tooling needed by the canning
industry.

Technical Services

The company is extending technical services to its customers by

providing technical support on seamer maintenance and parts
fabrication.
