Compensation refers to a wide range of
financial and non-financial reward to
employees for their services rendered to the
organisation.
Generally, services are offered for three types
of REWARDS :-
: Pay or guaranteed pay
: Incentive or Variable
: Benefits.....
PAY :- Base wages and salary employee
normally receive.
5.Cause of dissatisfaction:
There may be difference in earning of various workers. Some may earn less and others
may earn more. Those who get low wages feel so jealous of others who earn more and this
becomes a cause of dissatisfaction among slow workers. Thus, this system can see
dissatisfaction among workers.
