trade and industry, and tourism)
Inadequate infrastructure support facilities for environmental preservation and protection
( forest and agricultural ecosystem; urban ecosystem-air/water quality, solid waste
management, land use/resource base; freshwater ecosystem; and biodiversity)
Inadequate infrastructure support facilities for environmental management ( urban and
agricultural ecosystem, freshwater management, air and water quality, parks and open space)
Inadequate infrastructure support facilities for institutional development (organization and
management, fiscal management and inclusive participation)

Solution:
Institutionalized youth development programs, employment programs, sports
development program, educational programs and arts and culture programs through
educational and community facilities

- Low incomes among farmers
- Businesses will not mature and diversify in agricultural sectors
Solution:
- Linkages in the agricultural sector

- Occurrence of flood in low-lying communities which will affect their socio-

- Traffic Congestion
- Construction of drainage projects not in conformity to the solution of drainage problems
- Urbanism and public inconvenience
- Poor technology and mechanism to improve infrastructure support facilities

- Increase transportation and shipment cost and relatively longer travel time
- No adequate and convenient space for mobility of pedestrians and vehicles
- Inadequate infra support facilities for economic development may hinder the enhancement
of economic prosperity of the community

- Adequate and efficient road network

- Public cemetery improved
- Infrastructure support facilities established and expanded for social, economic, environmental and
institutional development
- Riverbanks rehabilitated

- preserve traffic comfort and convenience
- maintain main roads, city roads, and barangay streets
- provide roads for products to be delivered at the urban areas

- promote the status of well-being of our inhabitants. To provide better infra
support facilities in the effective delivery of services
- enhance economic prosperity and promote full employment
