Khalpeash Premlall (Group Leader) / (Designer) : Not very familiar with the designing softwares
Still requires a lot more knowledge about how to use the designing softwares smoothly.
Goal : I will research more on the softwares online and familiarize myself with the softwares by using them
frequently.

Belal Saeed Alkhadro (Contractor) : Unable to speak up during some occasions

It would be great if I am able to voice out during group meetings.
Goal : I will ask the group to allocate a short duration for me to present my ideas during the group meetings.

Jenmarie Jill Engan (Designer) : Punctuality Problem

Being late for group meetings could delay my teams progress and it is unfair for the other team members.
Goal : I will set my priorities right and mark on my calendar for any future meetings.

Han Quan Khor (Contractor) : Report Writing Skills not good enough
Having some grammatical errors here and there in the report could posed as a big problem for my team.
Goal : I need to read more English materials such as articles and I will learn more about report writing online.

Kian Chung Thien (Designer) : Communication not very clear

Sometimes during discussions, I could not express my thoughts very well. This causes some confusions for my team.
Goal : I need to learn more advance ways to be able to communicate more fluently and professionally.

Wasilwa Michael Wakoli (Contractor) : Coordination is not very good

Sometimes not knowing matters happening during the next phase causes disorientation in my team.
Goal : I will need to keep track of the reports phasing by recording down what has been done and what is left on my
laptop.
