Chemical Engineering from XXX University in 2012.

About my family consist of 6 members, my father, mother, two elder

brothers' and one elder Sister, My father is a retired government

man contractor and my sister got married.

About my greatest strength I'm a fast learner, smart and hard worker,

Q.2 WHY SHOULD I HIRE YOU ?

ANSWER:
Here You have to convince the HR and have to take him in the believe
that you will be very beneficial for their company and its growth. You
can give different positive reasons and plus points about yourself.

EXAMPLE:
Because my qualification suits for this job, apart from this I have very
good technical skills, leadership qualities, good communication skills and
you can mold me in any environment you can, I hope that I can reach
your expectations as an employee by giving my best. Thank you sir.

Q.3 WHAT ARE YOUR STRENGTHS & WEAKNESSES ?

ANSWER:
Now be natural. Just tell the positive points and your strengths. And
you have to tell your weaknesses in a way that there is a positive point
in that for HR. And HR is always looking for the positive point in your
weaknesses.

EXAMPLE:
My strength is I am Hard Working, Ability to work under pressure, can
do attitude, never give and good communication skills, team player.

Weakness is When I can't finish work in time frame I feel bad and
think too much and try to finish it as quick as possible.

ANSWER:
Just tell him/her that your qualification perfectly match with the
company and you can be very beneficial for them. Also try to tell them
about the companys growth profile. So that they get an impression
that you are very keen to join their company and have knowledge
about the company.
EXAMPLE:
Sir/Madam I am sure your company will provide me excellent
opportunities for my career development from where i can start my
journey and be a part of your company growth.

OVERCONFIDENCE ?

ANSWER:
Give a good positive example that will not giving him/her any chance to
take out another question from your answer.

EXAMPLE:
If any person has believe on own than this is confident.

But any person has believe on others that they can't do this, without
considering their potential, is overconfidence.

Q.6 DIFFERENCE B/W HARD WORK & SMART WORK ?

ANSWER:
Now he/she is going to check your thinking so be natural and give logical
answer.

EXAMPLE:
Hard work -- Less application of brain with high physical effort.

Smart work -- Full application of brain with less physical effort.

WEEKENDS & NIGHTS ?

ANSWER:
HR want to know whether are you flexible to environment or not. So
give 100% guarantee that you will always be there to serve the
company.

EXAMPLE:
I will complete my work within time . if there is necessity to work at
nights and weekends for the beneficial of company i will definitely
work .

Q.8 CAN YOU WORK UNDER PRESSURE ?

ANSWER:
Say yes and give a logical reason for this. Because company wants
persons who can work well under pressure.

EXAMPLE:
Yes, I can work well under pressure actually working under pressure
shows your real qualities and talent because everyone can swim with the
flow of water but the truly talented swimmer can swim against the flow
of water.

Q.9 ARE YOU WILLING TO RELOCATE OR TRAVEL ?

ANSWER:
These are very simple questions. Answer these questions shortly. If
you give lot of explanation for all the questions then the HR will get
bored.
So be short and precise to these questions. Actually HR just
checking your approach and your personality according to his
company.
EXAMPLE:
Sir, I am ready to even work on moon.
I wouldn't want to miss an opportunity to work at a new place or
travel. But I would also like to know about the location and the
duration of my stay there in advance to make it a smooth change.

ANSWER:
Tell him/her your short term and long term goals that will be giving a
good impact on him/her.

EXAMPLE:
My short term goal is to join your company. And long term goal is to
attain higher position in that company.

ANSWER:
Just show the HR by your answer that you are self motivated.

EXAMPLE:
A word of recognition and appreciation will motivate me to do much

and will boost my confidence. This will increase my commitment, so I can
contribute more to the organization.

ANSWER:
Give an answer in which there exist a positive point for HR.

EXAMPLE:
I get angry when people don't the understand the importance of work
and at 11th hour they show the urgency of doing work.
OR
When someone cheats me, & speak lie to me. Makes me angry.

Q.13 GIVE ME AN EXAMPLE OF YOUR CREATIVITY ?

ANSWER:
HR just want to check that what have you got for the creativity. Are you
creative from the childhood or not. Because creativity is the natural
ability of any person. So answer give an answer of your constructive
creativity. And you can tell the creativity about software working
related to your field.

EXAMPLE:
At the age of 12. I saw that my mom's bangles were useless for her
because their color was faded. Then I collected all bangles and stick a
feviquick between every two bangles (like one after one) and made it a
"PENCIL STAND".

ANSWER:
Show 100% commitment to the company by your answer.

I would like to work for a long time, as long as you and I feel that I'm

ANSWER:
Give him/her different reason and say no at it. As earlier said just give
short answers so that HR dont have any chance to get bore.

EXAMPLE:
Well I'm not overqualified but fully qualified. I can hit the floor running
& require less supervision than a less qualified worker.

ANSWER:
Do not show any negative think about this. Means being and engineer one
has to be prepare for any kind of job regarding his study field.
Anywhere where you can explore your skills will b diplomat answer.

For me every job and place is ideal.
its up to us how we adapt to the environment and enhance our skill.

?
ANSWER:
Repeat it as you mention it on CV. HR just checking your mind presence
after questioning so much he suddenly switch towards your objective and
goals/options mentioned in your CV. Or you can answer:

To pursue a career that will provide an opportunity to explore my skills,
creativity and upgrade my knowledge at each stage, for the development
of the organization.
Or
I want to be placed in reputed company like yours which can provide me
global platform.

ANSWER:
Tell your positive points which can be used for the growth of the
company.

EXAMPLE:
Sir, I am very optimistic, hard worker, extrovert, good learner. I can
give 100% effort in my work for the betterment of my organization.
Thus I will be an asset to my organization. You will feel proud that I
have been recruited by you. ;-)

Q.19 WHAT ARE YOUR OUTSIDE INTERESTS ?

ANSWER:
Tell your interests in which you gain something by spending your precious
time to outside interests. Like snooker is not a good answer at all.
Because its only wastage of time. So tell the interests which is helpful
to build your entire personality.

EXAMPLE:
My outside interest is playing cricket & chess because cricket makes my
health better and chess makes my brain active.

Q.20 WOULD YOU LIE FOR THE COMPANY ?

ANSWER:
Do not say yes. Because it gives an impression that if u can lie for the
company then you can also lie for your personal interests. Here your
approach of thinking will be checked by HR. So, be positive.

EXAMPLE:
I will not lie. It may be profitable for business in short term but in long
term organization have to bear loss. It will harm the goodwill of
organization.

WHY ?

ANSWER:
Do not tell about any celebrity like kareena, katrina. Give them a positive
impression. But be natural.

EXAMPLE:
I get inspired my parents. From my mom I learned love, honesty,
kindness and my father inspired me dedication towards our work, adapt
to the any kind of environment and hard work.

Give a diplomat answer. Show that you are diplomatic person.

EXAMPLE:
Any decision depends on situation, taking correct decision at a situation
is the toughest job, and the decision taken should be beneficial.

Q.23 HAVE YOU CONSIDERED STARTING YOUR OWN

BUSINESS ?

ANSWER:
Just say no at first. And if you want to do business then tell that to do
business it requires experience of more than 10 years. So in this way you
are conveying the message that you are there for the company for the
long time.

EXAMPLE:
Being a Fresher, I don't have any idea about it.
Also, before being a Good Businessman, you have to be good Employee.
At present, I just want to improve my skills and experience in the field
of Working. Later, considering my financial Conditions, market status,

MEASURE UP TO YOUR OWN DEFINITION ?
ANSWER:
Here you are open to answer by your own thinking. Give a good positive
answer which will make your score up.

EXAMPLE:
For me, success simply means fulfillment of one's goals. It is measured
by number of times you bounce back after you fall.
OR
Success is the journey not a place where you can stay. You have to move
further for the growth.

In my own definition when I see the tears of happiness my parents eyes

then I can say I am a SUCCESSFUL person.

Q.25 IF YOU WON $10 MILLION LOTTERY WOULD

YOU STILL WORK ?

ANSWER:
Say yes. Because by money you can never explore your abilities that you
will do in the company. You can improve your expertise and knowledge in
your related field by doing job not by money. So mold your answer
according to the instruction.

EXAMPLE:
Yes surely I'll be work here because money can make a settled life but it
does not make a experienced, and knowledge, skills. So money is
important to live but work is very important to expose my talent.

ANSWER:
Tell the history. Their main raw materials products. Side business. And
steps through they are helping the humanity. Like hospital, bank etc. Tell
many other things and give the impression that you are very interested
to the company and knows well about them.

EXAMPLE:
It is one of the reputed and fast growing company. And I would like to
contribute my skills for further development of this company and for
the growth of our economy.
This is not related answer. But this answer differs with respect to the
company. So you can add the above example at the end of your answer.

Do not tell any figures. Be diplomatic here.

INTERVIEWER ?

ANSWER:
Give the good figures and tell about the good solid reason about the
rating.

EXAMPLE:
Sir, I don't think I am in a position to rate you. You are an experienced
and well qualified person but still given an opportunity, I would rate you
as 9 and half on ten. You made me feel comfortable and had an friendly
attitude. I had an amazing experience in this interview. I am deducting
half mark because I believe that no one is perfect and we all have space
for improvement.

ANSWER:

question. Ask the questions about the company recent issues and
company related questions imparting a good impression on him. Do not
