 Current Network and Computer status

1. Network unstable, sometime good sometime bad. Unable to extender

2. Many computers sometime can not connect to Wi-Fi or auto disconnected.
3. Guest Room and Meeting Room can not connect with Wi-Fi.
4. Some Computers can not work well with software, such as :Microsoft office,
Foxit reader,.... Computer slow.
5. In Server Room, Cable look like mess, cable determination is very hard.

Current network is not optimize. All

connections focus on one Switch. When
many users make connection in same time,
Switch will be slow and signal get on
waiting status to process. -> Network not
good (slow).

The number of Switch port is limited,

difficult to add more Network device. =>

 Solution
1. Use 2 switchs controller. Once for Office and once for Production. Two switch
will control, filter data signal from two side Production and Office before
transport for Server, instead of Only server switch control all process.
Besides that, new Network have able to preventive. If one of two connection
was brock, system still work well.

2. Many computers sometime can not connect to Wi-Fi

We are using Wi-Fi for main connection,
which is not recommend from network
professional in Industry. Because Wi-Fi signal
was affected by noise and environment
(Unstable).

We do not really have IP management, IP

was appropriated by orther user => victim
User computer could not connect with
network.
 Solution
1. Firstly In Office area, use cable replace for Wi-Fi connection .
2. Layout follow below diagram. It is also easy when office re-layout.
3. Set static IP and Correct name (follow formunal : HEV (Department) Name. Ex : HEV IT -
Tien) for each computer to Manager.

3. Guest Room and Meeting Room can not connect with Wi-Fi
+ Now we have no owner Router Wi-Fi for Meeting Room => when we are at
meeting room Wi-Fi signal was prevented by Wall layer
+ We have a Wi-Fi for Guest, but it is quite far from Server Room to Guest
Room. Sometime loss signal occurs.

 Solution
1. Add one Wi-Fi in Guest Room for Guest
2. Add one Wi-Fi in Meeting Room for Computer in meeting.

4. Computer slow
Software are updated everyday, many services are
added. It spend many CPU resource and RAM
memory. If we open some software together may
CPU or RAM will be full => make computer slow.

Besides BUS on Main board, CPU, RAM with low

frequency not enough to data process. => make data
process get jammed.

Computer Virus is also one of cause make computer

slow, Basically we do not use any Antivirus
software.
 Solution

1. Upgrade Computer component for these computer. Such as : CPU,RAM,PSU

and Main board (Without Monitor, Case,UPS,Windows,Office, HDD -> save
money)

2. Find a corresponding Antivirus software and install for all computer.
