Event Description:
Designed to test the best. It shall test the amount of innovation shown in
the type of products and the whacky means used to market them.

Rules:
Team size: 3 to 5 members
A participant should be part of 1 team only
Students from different colleges can form a team.
Any number of teams can participate from a single institute
Decision of the judges and organizers shall be final and binding

Prizes: Winners- INR 15,000


Runner Up- INR 8000
All teams qualifying for round 2 get to take home 90% of the
revenue as generated.
FORMAT OF THE EVENT
Round 1 (Online round):
Participants will be given a list of 5 products (soap, talcum powder, bottled water, chocolates,
etc.) out of which they will have to choose one product.
Build a dummy brand name with a logo, tagline and a brand campaign for the selected product.
Timeframe for submission will be 5 days. Evaluation will be based on the relevance of the
campaign with the product.

Round 2 (Campus round):


Shortlisted teams would be required to showcase an analysis for their product.
Attributes, strengths, existing major competitors, weaknesses, pricing, cost of production
Packaging, branding, campaigning and advertising, medium of advertising, break-even point,
etc.
The list is inclusive not exhaustive.

Round 3 (Campus Round):


Candidates need to cover their products with their own brand name, pricing, etc. and sell the
same to the people visiting the campus for the annual b-school fest.
They can setup kiosks, put up posters, or use any other means to increase sales.
Final evaluation will be based on the analysis presented and revenue generated in this round.
RAISING FUNDS
Pitch the idea to the corporates and provide them the incentive of
getting access to the different brand campaigns developed by the
participants of the event.
Charge 10% of the revenue generated, from the candidates.
Engage the audience (of the fest) in a fun event and then redirect their
attention to THINKVENT kiosks or stalls.
