BMHS DIKLAT INDONESIA
(BDI)

BDI is a subsidiary company of PT Bundamedik,
holding company of BMHS group, one of the
largest chains in Healthcare Industry in
Indonesia. BMHS has been operating since
1973 and growing in premium healthcare
market. It has 6 Hospitals and 7 IVF centers
across Indonesia with annual Income of US$ 45
million per annum.
As part of its commitment to high quality
healthcare services, BMHS has been conducting
high level and multi specialties training
program for medical and primarily for nurses.
This program has been operating for over 11
years and the nursing specialty training
includes ICU/NICU, Emergency, Minimal
Invasive Surgery and infertility/IVF.
BMHS is founded by Dr Rizal Sini who is one of
the most prominent figure in Indonesian
Healthcare industry. His son Dr Ivan Sini who is
currently the President Commissary of the
company is an internationally recognized
clinician and healthcare entrepreneur. Ernst and
Young awarded them finalist in
Entrepreneurship Award In 2011. BMHS strong
interest in innovation expressed in their various
healthcare products including robotic surgery
and Morula IVF center, one of the largest IVF
providers in South East Asia. The business
growth has been steady at approximately 25%
per annum across all business units. And this is
largely contributed by strong business strategy
in implementation of high technology system
and good corporate governance.
As healthcare industry in Indonesia continues to grow, the need
of highly skilled nurses is also becoming very important. And
increasing demand of experienced and competent nurses in
Middle East has driven BMHS to establish a large scale training
and upscaling program to cater the need of international
recognized nursing professionals. This program is managed by
its subsidiary company BMHS Diklat Indonesia (BDI) which
coordinated by Feddia Kamarudin, appointed director who has
been BMHS Nursing Director for over 25 years experience. This
training center has commenced its program with support from
Carl Balita Review Centre (CBRC), one of the largest up scaling
nursing program in the Phillipines. This training center is
capable to train up to 1000 trainees per year. The new facility is
due to open in March 2017.

AMC wants to commence partnership with BMHS Diklat Indonesia
(BDI) in a joint program for Education in Indonesia and developing a
Training of Trainer (TOT) in Indonesia continuously. So the Teacher for
Training program can be 80-90% from Indonesia and 10-20 % from
Saudi Arabia. Team AMC (UK) will come to Indonesia for 1 month.
AMC will be able to access Saudi officials to gain support in this
initiative. In long term there is a common vision to develop
Indonesian resources to access skilled employments by establishing a
high standard education centre.

This is an opportunity to take the need of skilled employments for

Saudi Arabia and GCC Countries. Saudi Arabia and GCC Countries
may become the example where global market awaits.
