JOINT VENTURES

Dubois-Natural Esters Sdn Bhd is a joint


venture between Wilmar Natural
Oleochemicals Sdn.Bhd. and Stearinerie
Dubois Fils (France).It was incorporated on
the 19th July 1995 and commissioned on the
November 1997.
Natural Soaps Sdn Bhd makes the raw
material for finished soaps which is soap
noodles.

Natural Wax Sdn Bhd is a joint venture


between NatOleo and Intergrated Fortune.
This is a company that produces palm wax
for candles.

GLYCERIN REFINING
Before glycerin refining , the glycerin goes
through splitting , pre-concentration and Glycerine content Percentage(%)

evaporation. Glycerine in inlet oil 0.3%


To produce 99.8% glycerin from crude
glycerin(88%) Glycerine after splitting 18%
The glycerin is derived from saponification
of sweet water/crude glycerin with caustic Glycerine after pre-concentration 45%
soda and recovery as a by product from the Glycerine after evaporation 88%
resulting soap
To maximize the removal of dissolved soap Glycerine after refining 99.8%
and other organic impurities
