Project On boarding System & other Access

Please make sure you have the following:
1. NT id (Part of On boarding)
2. BP email id (Part of On boarding)
3. Cross Link (Part of On boarding)
4. Microsoft Outlook ( contact BP help desk for any issues)
5. Lync ( contact BP help desk for any issues)
6. Clear Quest
7. Printers
8. SAP Acces: ECC - PXO(120), PQO(100), SRM-RQO(100)

8. NT ID: Request
a) Your manager will request your NT ID and will send details (BP email
address, user name, password) as soon as available

b) Please also check whether the onboarding mail has been send to
Management team from your Manager or PMO
c) Ensure your ID has been included in the BP common list by PMO

2. Microsoft Outlook: Upon completion of your NT ID you will receive a BP

email account. Install Outlook & Lync.
Follow the attached document instruction to configure BP outlook

Raise a request from Myit request as per below
Go to the below link and login with NT ID and Password

Participants and for desktop video conferencing. Lync is becoming BPs strategic telephony solution.
Information about your Lync service is provided below.
Raise a request as per below,
login with NT ID and Password

As per the project , check with manager for which client you will be
authorised ,for Maxomi the below three client have been authorised.
SAP Acces: ECC - PXO(120), PQO(100), SRM-RQO(100)
Manager shall raise a request through clear quest tool
