WRITING - READING PROJECT:

Big Magazine - Southeast Region


Knowledge of the geography of the southeastern region of
the United States will be evaluated, as well states and
capitals and their location on the map; Accompanied by the
biblical principle
POINTERS FOR STUDENTS of the lesson.
Students will create a magazine in paperboard classes
The brochure will include the 3 most important aspects of
the "Southeast region".
Each group will have 5 minutes to explain their brochure.
All members must participate.in the allocation the teacher
provides randomly
Students will comment in class.
Group: 4 Students.
Due date: May 23, 2017

Geography of the Southeast
Region
The southern part of the Southeast Region
is near to the Gulf of Mexico. Like a bay a
GULF is a large body of water that joins
an ocean. It is partly surrounded by land.
There are 12 states in the Southeast region.
Many of them are next to the Atlantic
Ocean.
Its a land of long, hot summers and mild
winters. It has wide plains, rolling hills,
and tall mountains.

very strong winds and
heavy rain. Some
hurricanes start over the
gulf of mexico and the
Atlantic Ocean

in the United States.
This river begins far
north, in minnesota. It
travels south 2,340 miles
to the Gulf of Mexico
