2. Appropriate substantial portion of the annual budget to
assist in or enhance the enforcement of the law, giving
priority to preventive or educational programs and the
rehabilitation/treatment of drug dependents
3. Formulate Barangay Peace and Order and Public Safety
Plan and Barangay Anti-Drug Plan of Action as its
component

Report on Compliance
1. Submission of the following to CLGOO within 10 days from the
approval of annual budget:
BADAC Plan of Action
Composition and names of BADAC members in accordance MC 2015-
63
Budget allocation for BADAC
2. CLGOO to document compliance and submit report to the
National Barangay Operations Office (NBOO) all barangays who
fail to comply for proper disposition
3. As a transitory directive, within seven (7) days from the
issuance of this memorandum circular, all barangays are
required to submit the above documents
