1. Begin working at the Yuma Regional Medical Center
(YRMC) after graduation
2. Become Charge Nurse for unit after six-eight months
3. Begin working at the YRMC Cancer Center or an
oncology unit in Yuma, AZ after one or two years as
RN
4. Return to the University of Arizona for DNP for Fall of
2018, continue working as RN
5. Implement DNP project in Cancer Center in Yuma

With the Cancer Center in Short-term goal is to begin
