Objectives
Based on BOR analysis, there are 2 actions which can be done to
minimize the BOR value:
Upgrade existing jetty (pipeline, metering, and MLA) with small cargos
restriction
Build new jetty(s) with the same cargo size distribution
To evaluate those actions, analysis of availability space and jetty
modification are required
Analysis of availability space is conducted by evaluating line service
data in existing Jetty and Metering
The location of new Jetty and Metering is determined by looking at the
available space in 3D model

These design philosophy are used to determine total area for
additional MLA or Metering:
One product require one metering line
Loading rate
LPG and propylene: 250 m3/hr (Pump capacity: 1 x 250 m3/hr)
Other products: 1500 m3/hr (Pump capacity: 2 x 750 m3/hr)
