The beginnings of the Contemporary Diplomacy are to send a permanent ambassador during the peaceful times. I) 15-17th centuries: The contemporary diplomacy was started in Northern Italy during the fifteenth century and spread to the rest of northern and western Europe in the following hundred years.>> WHY?
