Installation
Process:
1. Begin by locating the power outlet closest to the existing manager computer.

2. After you have located the power outlet, plug in the power cable for the PoE Injector.
Then plug the power cable into the PoE Injector. * Avoid running cables in high traffic areas
where members may bump into or pull on any cables*

3. Unplug the back office network Ethernet from the manager computer, and plug it into
LAN IN on the PoE Injector.

4. Plug an Ethernet cable into POWER + DATA OUT on the PoE Injector , then connect it to
LAN0/PD on the back of the Wireless Access Point.

5. Plug an Ethernet cable into LAN 2 , then connect it to the manager computer where the
back office network Ethernet was originally plugged.

6. After they have been set up in later steps of the installation process, plug the
Administrative Kiosk Ethernet into LAN 3, then the Member Kiosk Ethernet into LAN 4.

7. At this time the installation process is complete.

Note: If you do not have a Triangle Coin Acceptor, skip to Step 2b

Installation
Process:
Triangle Coin Acceptor
The triangle coin acceptor is distinguishable by the triangle symbol
around the coin slot.

1. Begin by unplugging the massage chair and allow 30 seconds for


the chair to power down completely. Once the power is off, use a
hex key or security bit to remove the four screws holding the coin
acceptor in the massage chair arm rest. Disconnect the chair
connection from the back of coin mechanism before pulling out
coin mechanism completely; gently slide it out to avoid damaging
the massage chair connector.

2. Disconnect the coin acceptor cable from the chair.

3. Using the double sided tape provided, attach the Wi-Fi tag (with prongs facing upward)
on the left side of the coin acceptor (while viewing acceptor from the front); DO NOT
PLACE TAG IN COIN DROP BOX. *Make sure to use the tag labeled Chair 1, Chair 2, etc.
for the chair desired to be named such on the Admin Panel*

4. Zip tie the chair to allow slack on the coin mechanism


connector.

5. Connect the female ends of the adaptor to the Wi-Fi tag and
coin acceptor.

6. Connect the male end of the adaptor to the chair connector.

7. Once the Wi-Fi tag is connected to the massage chair, check that there is sufficient
slack on the wires. Insert the coin slot and tag into the arm rest and replace the security
screws.

8. After the tag is connected and secured in the arm rest, the power can be restored to the
chair
9. At this time the installation process is complete. Consult with your local IT technician to
ensure the tag has properly connected to the network.

Maple Leaf Coin Acceptor

The maple leaf coin acceptor is distinguishable by the leaf symbol


around the coin slot.

1. Begin by unplugging the massage chair and allow 30 seconds for


the chair to power down completely. Once the power is off, use a
hex key or security bit to remove the four screws holding the coin
acceptor in the massage chair arm rest. Disconnect the chair
connection from back of coin mechanism before pulling out coin
mechanism completely; gently slide it out to avoid damaging the
massage chair connector.

4. Once the Wi-Fi tag is connected to the massage chair, check that there is sufficient
slack on the wires. Insert the coin slot and tag into the arm rest and replace the security
screws.

Installation
Process:
1. Begin by unplugging both the tablet and bed to power them off. Allow 30 seconds
before beginning installation process to ensure the bed is completely powered off.

2. After the bed is powered down, begin by unbuttoning the bed cover and removing the
thumb screws holding on the side panels.

3. Locate the control box and remove the cover

4. On the back of the control box cover, find the Control Box Components List. Locate
the External Timer Connectors.

5. On the side of the control panel, loosen

6. Find an ideal location for the Wi-Fi tag (away from any water hazards, other electrical
components, and within the beds protective shell .*DO NOT INSTALL TAG INSIDE METAL
CONTROL BOX*). Ensure the distance to the nearest available outlet is not out of reach
for the Wi-Fi tag power cable.

7. Once the location is determined, use zip ties to secure the tag connectors and power
cable to the frame (or any non moving component). Securing the power cable
prevents damage to the tag when the bed is moved for cleaning or
maintenance.
8. Replace the side panels, then the bed cover.

9. To turn the bed back on, first plug in and power on the tablet. After the tablet has
booted up, plug in the bed. Once the bed is powered, it will begin an initialization
process. During the initialization process, plug in and power on the Wi-Fi tag.

10.On the tablet, Hold the STOP button until a keypad screen appears. Press 120700
then Enter to access the maintenance window.

11.Under Operational Mode, change the setting to


Closed Contact and then close the menu screen.

12.At this time the installation process is complete. Consult with you local IT technician to
ensure the tag has properly connected to the network.

Installation
Process:
1. Begin by locating the Wireless Access Point and closest power outlet. Refer back to the
Wireless Access Point Installation Guide.

2. After you have located the Access Point and power outlet, plug the network cable into the
Access Point as described in the first manual and the power supply into the outlet. Run the
cables to your designated area on the counter where the Kiosk computer will be located
to ensure the cables are long enough and will reach. *Avoid running cables in high traffic
areas where members may bump into or pull on any cables*

3. Once you have confirmed the cables will reach the pre-determined computer location,
remove the Kiosk Computer from the box and place the computer on the counter.

4. First, plug the network cable into the


Card Kiosk, then the power cable and
Scanner barcode scanner. *Do not plug the
mouse or keyboard into the Kiosk; they are
only used for upgrades when instructed by
Power support*

5. When all cables are plugged into the Kiosk, turn it on by pressing the power button on
the right underside of the screen. WAIT 30 SECONDS for the computer to start up
completely. *Do not touch the screen or press the power button again*

6. When the Kiosk starts up, the computer will automatically launch the Kiosk. *If an error
appears Scheduling Service Is Temporarily Unavailable ensure your kiosk is connected
to the internet*

7. When the scanner successfully connects to the Kiosk, you will hear a sequence of beeps
come from the scanner. This signifies the scanner has properly connected to the Kiosk.
When you wave your hand under the scanner, a red light should come on illuminating
your hand.
8. At this time the installation process is complete.

Installation
Process:
1. Begin by locating the Wireless Access Point and closest power outlet. Refer back to the
Wireless Access Point Installation Guide.

2. After you have located the Access Point and power outlet, plug the network cable into the
Access Point as described in the first manual and the power supply into the outlet. Run the
cables to your designated area on the counter where the Kiosk computer will be located
to ensure the cables are long enough and will reach. *Avoid running cables in high traffic
areas where members may bump into or pull on any cables*

3. Once you have confirmed the cables will reach the pre-determined computer location,
you may remove the Kiosk Computer from the box and place the computer on the
counter.

4. First, plug in the serial cable coming from the T-Max controller to the serial port on the
bottom of the Administrative computer.

5. After the T-Max Serial Port is connected, continue to plug in the remaining cables as
follows -
a. Keyboard USB
b. Mouse USB
c. Ethernet cable jack
d. Power cable
e. Serial cable from computer to Serial Extension Cable
f. Barcode Scanner

6. After the cables are plugged in, power on the computer by pressing the power button on
the right underside of the screen. WAIT 30 SECONDS for the computer to start up
completely. *Do not touch the screen or press the power button again.*

7. When the computer powers on, the computer will Auto Login and the
Administration Panel will open automatically.

8. If the Administration Panel opens and you DO NOT receive the error message Server
Not Found then the installation is complete. If you DO receive this error message you
must check your internet connection and resolve your network connection issue before
moving on.

9. Once the Administrative Kiosk obtains internet connection, click F5 to refresh the web
browser and access the Administration Panel.

10.At this time the installation process is complete.
