Discussion
London has a slower pace and stay at an agency where they feel
happy. Workers are content with their jobs as long as they are
learning new concepts and their work is getting the recognition it
deserves. In the US, the pace is fast, and there is a strong urge to
advance into better positions. We found that most millennials in
America leave their current place of employment because they do
feel there is not enough space for advancement.
