Wayleaves Guideline - Acts

Entry into Any Land or Premises Item 8 of Schedule II of the Electricity Act No. 20
of 2009

Where a licensee Wishes to enter a land or premises for the purpose of installing an electric
line/plant, minimum of three (3) days notice (specimen notice: appendix l) stating the nature
and extent of the work intended to be carried out, has to be given to the occupier if the land is
occupied and to the owner if it is not occupied.
