As a good corporate citizen Darcl believes in upliftment of the society

around it.
2% of average net profits of last 3 years to be spent on CSR activities
as per Indian law.
Company spending in range of INR 6-7 Million from last 2 years under
CSR.
INR 3 Million plus is contributed to Gaushalas for animal welfare
which is on yearly basis
INR 2.1 Million was contributed last year towards Prime Minister relief
fund for victims of Earthquake at Nepal.
Other initiative of Preventive Health care, sanitation, education etc.
are undertaken as CSR spending.
CSR Committee monitors the CSR spending on periodical manner.

 Parable - Skill Development Initiatives

DARCL has taken initiatives towards skill development through its unit
DARCL parable.
DARCL Parable is the affiliated Training partner of LSC (Logistics Skill
Council) & ASDC (Automobile Sector Skill Council) and is eligible to
work with PMKVY Scheme in Logistics, Automobile and Driving Sector
training.
DARCL Parable is affiliated with NSDC (National Skill Development
Corporation) for imparting training under Government projects. It also
execute State Govt projects.
It has already trained over 3000 students in various fields and
majority of them have been placed also.
