gambaran hiperdens di lobus atas
kiri sampai ke perifer.
Tampak gambaran gabungan konsolidasi berdensitas tinggi pada satu
segmen/lobus (lobus kanan bawah PA maupun lateral)
BP
Tampak gambaran opak/hiperdens pada lobus tengah
kanan, namun tidak menjalar sampai perifer.
Pneumonia intertitial
Terjadi edema
dinding
bronkioli dan
juga edema
jaringan
interstitial
prebronkial.
Radiologis
berupa
bayangan
udara pada
alveolus
masih
terlihat,
diliputi oleh
perselubunga
n yang tidak
merata.
Atelektasis

Complete atelectasis of the left lung. Mediastinal

displacement, opacification, and loss of volume are
present in the left hemithorax.
Complete right lung atelectasis.
