NO OFFENCE

What is an Offence?
Hurt or resentment brought about by
a perceived insult to or disregard for
oneself or one's standards or
principles.
When do we use the phrase No
Offence?
OFFENCES BUILD WALLS BETWEEN
PEOPLE
Prov 18v19
A brother offended is harder to be won than a strong city:
and their contentions are like the bars of a castle.

2 Cor 10v4
For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty
through God to the pulling down of strong holds;)
Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that
exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing
into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ
OFFENCES ARE SIGNS OF END
TIMES
Mat 24
9Then they will deliver you up to tribulation and kill you,
and you will be hated by all nations for My names sake.
10And then many will be offended, will betray one

another, and will hate one another. 11Then many false

prophets will rise up and deceive many. 12And because
lawlessness will abound, the love of many will grow cold.
13But he who endures to the end shall be saved. 14And

this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in all the

world as a witness to all the nations, and then the end
will come.
OFFENCES ARE WORKS OF THE
Gal5v 13
FLESH
For you, brethren, have been called to liberty; only do not
use liberty as an opportunity for the flesh, but through love serve
one another. 14For all the law is fulfilled in one word, even in this:
You shall love your neighbor as yourself. [b] 15But if you bite and
devour one another, beware lest you be consumed by one
another!
16

Now the works of the flesh are evident, which are: adultery,[c]
19

fornication, uncleanness, lewdness, 20idolatry, sorcery, hatred,

disputes, jealousies, outbursts of wrath, selfish ambitions, conflicts,
heresies, 21envy, murders,[d] drunkenness, revelries, ..
22But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering,
kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23gentleness, self-control. Against
such there is no law. 24And those who are Christs have crucified
the flesh with its passions and desires. 25If we live in the Spirit, let
us also walk in the Spirit. 26Let us not become conceited, provoking
one another, envying one another.

BEHAVE?

and take up his cross, and follow Me.

other to him also
