Apples Device Enrollment Program (DEP)
Apples Device Enrollment Program (DEP) offers corporate iPhone and Senior Leader
iPad users the ability to be up and running more quickly by offering a light touch self-
installation process.

The implementation of DEP provides an improved user experience by reducing the

time and effort it takes to setup/configure corporate devices.

Timing:
DEP is active in the US for new phone orders and phone renewals
US roll out expected to take 3 years based on current phone renewal cycle
DEP implementation for Senior Leader iPads globally starting in May
Timing for the remaining regions is forthcoming

Retrieve print jobs with your badge
Global Printer Refresh and Pull Print are here! Faster, better printers are being installed
globally at Ford and most include the new Pull Print feature.

Pull Print lets users securely retrieve print jobs from any Pull Print-enabled printer with
their Ford-issued badge.

Buildings will be notified when their printers will be replaced and/or the Pull Print
feature is enabled.
Timing:
Printer fleet refresh began 4Q 2015 and completion is expected
2Q 2017
Pull Print rollout began 4Q 2016 and will complete in 2017

 Windows 10 coming in 2017
As part of our ongoing commitment to bring the most current software to Ford, computers
will be upgraded to the Microsoft Windows 10 operating system, beginning in 1Q 2017.

New features will enhance productivity while maintaining the familiar functionality of
Windows 7.

Timing:
Global deployment began 1Q 2017 and continues throughout
2017
Users will be notified when they will be upgraded to Windows 10

 Improved PC Renewal experience
Users will receive overall clearer instructions to guide them through the improved PC
Renewal process.
Users due for PC renewal will experience:
A more user friendly renewal process
Shorter renewal appointments
Reduced risk of data loss with the new data back-up software package (CrashPlan)

New PC Renewal back-up software in use in NA, EMEA and AP
(as of 1Q 2017)
Improvements to the renewal process continue throughout 2017

 Tech Lounges Whats new?
Broadmeadows Tech Lounge in Campbellfield, AU is the fifth and newest
lounge to open, with its soft launch on March 10, 2017. The Official Grand
Opening is April 19.

Launch Timing (planned soft launches for upcoming locations):

Nanjing, China R&E Building 1-6, US Shanghai, China

Any person working at a Ford facility can visit a Tech Lounge to have common
tech issues fixed, ask tech questions, explore current and new technology, work or
collaborate with peers in a comfortable and welcoming space.

 Easily Connect to public Wi-Fi
The Ford Public Wireless Network is being upgraded to a version that will allow visitors
the freedom of self-registration for easier access to the public Internet.

This eliminates the requirement of an LL6+ sponsorship and pre-registration.

Manufacturing locations will continue with LL6+ sponsor solution.

Timing:
Pilot completed: Palo Alto RIC, ITHQ-C, and IT-BIC December 2016
Phased Dearborn launch is underway Additional sites including iTek
and PDC already launched in 2017

Easily identify conference room availability status (Green-vacant/Redoccupied) experience. ITHQ A, B, & C HD video rooms have already been upgraded
and implementation will continue globally.
Reserve and release the conference room upon meeting completion
