OGS Create a MdScanner with the corresponding type on a BSC
ODIAG Display a report

Create a BscCounterList associated to the real Time observations

RealTime (ORT)
Create a MdScanner on a BSC with type=real Time
Open a Performance Monitor

Create a Trace control (or Call Path Trace) on the right BSC
CallTracing Unlock the Trace control (or Call Path Trace)
CallPathTracing Open a Call Tracing window (CallPathTracingWindow)
