CHANGE PROCESS

COMMUNICATION PLAN

REASONS FOR CHANGE
Changing times are demanding we change with it.
In order to maintain our presence in the fast-food
industry changes need to be implemented for our
future success. Many of these changes come from
the below issues.

Increased minimum wage


Heightened nutrition awareness

Need to reduce staff


RECOMMENDED CHANGES
Transitioning from personal cashiers to self-service
kiosks.

These will be rolled out to all stores worldwide.


We will also place kiosks into drive-thru service
as most of our customer base uses this platform
more frequently.
A better customer experience

Reduction in workforce
ROLE OF MANAGEMENT
Managers will be expected to have meetings with
employees to explain this transition.

Initial meeting to answer questions/concerns.


Facilitate trainings for employees.

Maintain communication and transparency


throughout the transition.
Treat reductions in staff with utmost
professionalism.
TIMELINE
This process will take place over the next year.

Part one will have the communications about


these changes.
Part two will have the installation of kiosks and
trainings.
Part three will have public communications and
rollout to our customer base.

Throughout this time period monthly


communications will be sent out to maintain
transparency with all employees.
ASSESSMENT
In order to gage whether or not this communication
process has been successful a few assessments have
been created.

A survey sent out each quarter to all employees.


Internal communications, such as town halls, to
see how employees feel with situation.
Continual communication with managers in
order to ensure communication lines are open for
all during this process.
