FACTS OF THE CASE:
Example 1

In a greyhound operation conducted by BJMPRO-4A


STAR team at Polomolok City Jail OOA 0530H 25 April 2010, a
bunch of contrabands were recovered, to include the
following:

16 Gaming machines
9 weighing scales (believed to be used in weighing shabu)
209 reams of assorted brands of cigarettes;
PhP655,000.00 amount of cash
FACTS OF THE CASE:
Example 2
That on or about 28 0645H January 2009, inmates Romeo
T Dingalan and Mario Cortez y Manda both accused for robbery with
CC # 1028-M-2012 and 1029-M-2012 filed before RTC Br. 90,
Butuan City, managed to escape while escorted for their scheduled
court hearing, by overpowering their escorts JOIs Marion de
Guzman and John F Kendoy. The two escapees forcibly took their
escorts firearms, a pistolized M-60 cal rifle and a Squirebungkag
revolver.

That escapees exited through the window of the Judges


chamber, and jumped from a canopy and thereafter commandeered
a parked motorcycle at the back of the building and used it as their
getaway vehicle.
FACTS OF THE CASE:
Lengthy narration in the facts of the case. . .
In the Spot Report dated 29 January 2009 signed by SINSP
ROMMEL CALONGJE,the designated Officer-in-Charge of Tubathaha City Jail
submitted to BJMPRO-17 it disclosed that during the incident he was on his
way to the jail facility from home when he received a text message from his
personnel that an escape incident happened. . . .that upon learning of the
incident he immediately coordinated with friendly forces for the possible
recapture of the escapees. . .

In the affidavit of JOI escorts JOIs Marion de Guzman and John F


Kendoy they stated that on or about 28 0645H January 2009, they escorted
inmates Romeo T Dingalan and Mario Cortez y Manda both accused for
robbery with CC # 1028-M-2012 and 1029-M-2012 filed before RTC Br. 90,
Butuan City with another case for Rape docketed under CC 12345 pending
before RTC Branch 123 under the sala of the honorable Judge Benjamin
Socorro. Based on their duty detail . . .
DISCUSSION:
. . . should substantially discuss all statements whether it be
conflicting or corroborating and other documents
gathered to include both incriminatory and extenuating
circumstances.

DISCUSSION:
