1. BLUE FAIR EXHIBITION - MULTAN
In April-2017 10 Members of WCCIPD participated
in Blue Fair Exhibition held in Multan. WCCIPD has
paid Rs.50,000/- to Hotel Silver Sand Railway Road
Multan for accommodation, Rs.50,000/- to WCCI
Multan Davison for booking of 10 Stalls and
Rs.10,000/- paid to each member as there
travelling and food reimbursement. Total
expenditure on Blue Fair Multan was
Rs.200,000/-
 2. OFFICE RENOVATION
On suggestion of the Executive Committee WCCIPD has
initiated renovation of the WCCIDP building with new floor
tiles, wood paneling, white washing, bathroom fittings and
telephone exchange. WCCIPD collects quotation from
(i)M/S Khalil & Co, (ii)M/S Zakwan Enterprises
(iii) M/S S.T.C in which M/S Zakwan Enterprises offered lowest
rates which was approved.
Renovation process was divided in to 2 phases
First phase was completed and 2nd phase will be initiated
shortly. For 1st phase WCCIPD has paid Rs.542,080/- to
M/S Zakwan Enterprises through proper payment procedures
as defined by FBR .
