 PROJECT DESCRIPTION
A Light Following Robot is an electro-mechanical
device with an added intelligence. It decides the
path to follow according to the light that falls on it.
In this project we have designed a robot wherein
the amount of light falling on it will be detected by
a Light Dependent Resistor (LDR) sensor.
Whenever light falls on it, its resistance value
decreases depending on the intensity of that light.

 CONCLUSION
The creation of the light following robot has been a great learning
opportunity to observe mechanical action and feedback in the system.
Weve learned that robots have essential characteristics:
Sensing
Movement
Energy
Intelligence

In this project, we encountered several difficulties but we were able to beat

the odds and rise above the challenges.

Improvement in the codes uploaded
Installing additional sensor in the robot such as the ultrasonic for
avoidance of obstacle
Further development in aesthetic views
