Objectives of the study
The main objective of this project is to
find out how much the employees are
satisfied .
To know what is the quality of work life
at HCL Infosystems ltd,Mohali.
Significance of the study
The research will be helpful in understanding the
current position of the respective company. And
provide some strategies to extent the employees
satisfaction with little modification which is based on
the internal facilities of the company. This research
can be further used to evaluate the facilities provided
by the management towards the employees. This study
also helps in manipulating the basic exception of the
employees.
Limitations of the study
Few respondents were reluctant while answering the
questions.
Time period of the study.

Research conducted only in one branch of HCL

(Mohali).
Research methodology
Research objective: maximizing relevant information.
Sample size : 50
Data collection
Primary data: The data was collected using an appropriate
questionnaire and observing employees.
Secondary data: Internet, books
Method of analysis: Pie charts
Period of study:
This study has been done for the period of six weeks i.e
from 7th june to 17th july.

FINDINGS

HCLs management fulfills the needs and wants of the

employees, company provides a standard quality of life to
all employees.
According to survey conducted at HCL(Mohali),I found
that:
Employees of age group -20-30,are very less satisfied.
Employees of age group-30-40,are satisfied.
Employees of age group-40-50,are most satisfied.
HCL could provide more better quality of life at company.
HCLinfosystems ltd. should provide city living life for employees
of company Mohali branch. The working environment is good,
but it could be better by renovating the internal infrastructure of
the offices of HCL.
SUGGESTIONS
There are some places where the company should have to make a few
rectifications.

The health care facility could be more standardized.

The training and development program is not good at HCL, the company
should work more on that and should make it a continues process. Company
should provide higher studies facilities for interested employees.

HCL could provide more better quality of life at company. HCLinfosystems ltd.
should provide city living life for employees of company Mohali branch. The
working environment is good, but it could be better by renovating the internal
infrastructure of the offices of HCL.
CONCLUSION
HCL info systems limited is one of the best company of
India . The employees are very much satisfied, who are
working for HCL. All the employees are motivated and
work together to achieve companys goal.
Earning of more and more money is not enough for
live the life, if an employee wouldnt able to give time
to his/her family, then he/she must be disturbed at the
working duration. If the employee gives his/her best
effort to the company, then the next responsibility is of
the company to provide a better quality of life in
return.
