Project
◼ Basically, study of a particular subject*

◼ In the next level, it is a “planned work” or “an activity”. *

◼ Intended to achieve a particular purpose.

◼ Within certain cost and other limitations.

◼ It is a series of small tasks that need to be done, leading to

a milestone.

◼ Put your time and energy you have into project, in making
it a success.
* by an individual or group, completed within a period of time

Need of a Project
◼ Solve some issues
◼ To provide solution to certain problems
◼ Towards Development
◼ Finds cost effective solutions
◼ Minimize size in some cases
◼ Reduce process duration (Length of project
time)
◼ Efficiently utilize number of workers involved
◼ Reduce Complexity
