Sector-150, Noida
Facts.. Sector-150, Noida
This is the most greenest sector of Noida. There are only two sectors Sector 79 and Sector 150 , which are low
density that means able infrastructure for years.
The sector is spread over 600 acre and 80 percent of the sector will be green with 42 acre park, which is one of the
biggest sector park in the country.
This sector comprises of Sports City which will also offer recreational facilities along with 9 hole Golf Course. In
today's living standard, people have dropped physical activities.
The maximum permissible ground coverage of the entire land shall be 30%, of which 0.5% will be reserved for
commercial use and 29.5% for group housing and residential use. The rest 70% will have sports open area and sports
facilities including multi-purpose playfields, indoor sports hall, cricket academy, swimming center, a hospital and
internal roads and green spaces.

Sector 150 is well connected to Delhi, Greater Noida and other NCR regions.

The proposed flyovers, underpasses, DND Expressway , Greater Noida expressway and Yamuna Expressway- which
are already operational have made travelling and living in this residential sector very easy.
The forthcoming FNG (Faridabad-Noida-Ghaziabad ) Expressway will directly touch Sectors 150, 142, 143B and 167,
168, etc. and traffic along Sectors 168A, 167A, 141, 143, 140, 139A, 139B, and 88 on both sides of the Noida-Greater
Noida Expressway. The expressway will also provide speedy access to Greater Noida, Faridabad, and Ghaziabad.
Educational institutes, 5-star hotels, shopping malls, hospitals, and commercial hubs are also being built in the area.
A 126MVA captive power generation unit and sewage treatment plants with an aggregate capacity of 30,000
kilolitres per day are also to be set up in the area.
According to the master plan, over 70 per cent of the total development in Noida-Yamuna Expressway has to be
earmarked for green areas. The master plan makes provision for more than 40 educational facilities and a variety of
retail shopping facilities.

There is a plan to develop road network of over 20 km in the area to ease the traffic congestion.

The Noida Greater Noida metro shall be commissioned by December 2017. The metro station is just across the road.

The recently-announced Metro link along the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway has also increased the allure of the
Sector 150.
