Initialize the Level for Signal Tree
Network tree

Network tree is used to create a protocols and Devices .

 Create the network in Network tree

1. Create One RTU Station - and give Station Name

2. On this station Create a Protocol Network Like 104 , 101 ,Modbus , etc

3. If it is a Modbus line Add some IEDs

4. If it is a 101 , 104 Add the Control Station on this

Configure the Protocols in Network Tree
By using Add Item . . .
Add RTU in Network Tree
Give the RTU Name ( Station name ) as you want
Click the RTU and Add the Required Protocols
Click the line and add Control station
( Control station for - Master Communication )
Give the Control Station Name ( Com name ) as you want
Add Sub-device Protocol By clicking RTU Station
Add the IED s in Sub-Device protocol . .
Give the IED Name ( Device name ) as you want
Hardware tree is used to create the hardware like Panel, IOs
And used to Link Protocols, RTU, IED and Signals

 How to Assign the H/W in Hardware tree ??

Link the RTU station and IED , Which is already Added in Network Tree

Add Panel,Racks0,Rack1 . . .Rack 7

Add CPUs and RTC Module in Rack0 ( CSR Rack )

Add I/O Cards in Extension Racks ( 23ET23 )

Link the Protocols in appropriate CPU Boards (Which the protocols

are already added in Network Tree )

Link the Signals in appropriate IO Boards (Which the Signals are already
added in Signal tree )
Hardware tree . .
Link the RTU Station , which is already added in NETWORK TREE
Link the MFM , which is already added in NETWORK TREE
Link the RTU Station , which is already added in NETWORK TREE
ADD the Panel in the RTU station . . .
Add the Basic and Extension racks in SR20 panel
Rack 0 and Rack 1 were Added . .
Do the Master / Slave Configuration as per the Requirement . .
Connect the IO Racks in COM A / COM B
Set The IP Address for the Ethernet Card . .
Add the IO card s Like DI, DO, AI . . . .
 How to create a Signals in Network tree ??

1. Create the No of Nodes and name it.

2. Add the Analog, Digital signals as per the requirement in the Nodes.
Signal Tree . .
Add the nodes to Signal tree . .
EX.ID is one Node and Name it as per the need . .
Create the No of nodes and name it, as per the Need . . .
Add the Signals in the Nodes . .
Give the Name to Signals . .
Signals has been Created as per the requirement . . .
The Signals has to be linked in Hardware tree in appropriate Cards . .
Digital Inputs are Linked in 23BE21 Card . .
Outputs to be Linked in 23BA20 Card . .
Linking the Analogue signals to AE21 card . .
 For Reporting to Master Station , Each and Every Parameters is having IOA

Enter the IOA Number has to be assign as per the Schedule

There is more option like Transmit with timestamp / spontaneous transmission

 Now the generated IOD, GCD, PTX files are available in the following path . . .
