Religious Views
All orthodox religion against
homosexuality.
In Islam, homosexuality is totally
prohibited according to the Quran.
Christians consistently and strongly
opposed gay rights, even (and
especially potently) the liberal Church of
England.
Judaism does not accept homosexuality
as the very concept of homosexuality
was not formed at the time that the
Hebrew Bible's texts and traditions were
formed.
Legal Position
In Malaysia- A person who practiced
homosexuality faces imprisonment 20
years, fine and whipping.
Other than Malaysia, homosexuality is
illegal in Iran, Saudi Arabia and India.
Holland and Belgium were the first in the
world to legalized homosexuality.
Legalized homosexuality- UK, Spain,
Canada, South Africa.
Why It Is Legalized?
Liberal Government.
People fight for their right.
Respect people privacy.
If the privacy is so much affected by the
enforcement of moral, the application of
