How to categorize BMI values
Click transform and select recode into different
variables and click it

Click old and new values
Click Range, LOWEST through value and enter the value
Since BMI 20 is normal, from lowest up to 19.99 will be your
underweight group
Enter the value you code in to that category
Click Add
