class IX, X, XI and XII only. NEST Junior examination
is divided into two parts, NEST Junior-I (For class IX
and X) and NEST Junior-II (For class XI and XII). if you
are appearing in or passing out your class IX, X, XI or
XII then you can apply for this examination
Saksham Scholarship by AICTE

The Saksham Scholarship by AICTE for persons with


Disabilities (PwDs) pursuing Technical Education is part
of this initiative and seeks to increase the number of
Disabled students receiving technical education at the
many institutions approved by AICTE. For specially-abled
students whose family income is less than Rs. 6 lakh per
annum.The candidates should have been admitted to
1st year of the Degree or Diploma program in any of the
AICTE approved institute through centralized admission
process of the State /Central Government.
AICTE Pragati Scholarship Scheme

The Pragati Scholarship by AICTE for Women pursuing


Technical Education is one such and offers scholarships
to 4000 female students. This article provides all the
details necessary for applying for the scholarship and
understanding the benefits that students who are
selected will get from it. One Girl per family where the
family income is less than Rs. 6 lakh per annum.The
candidates should have been admitted to 1st year of
AICTE approved institute through centralized by Central
Government.
Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana
(KVPY)

The Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana (KVPY) is


a fellowship program Started in 1999, for students of
basic sciences who want to pursue a career in scientific
research. The scholarship is supports students till the
pre-Ph.D level. Candidates also get to access the best of
libraries and lab facilities, various museums etc. Students
who are eligible to apply for the KVPY fellowship must be
Indian.They must be currently enrolled students of basic
sciences in standard XI (Stream SA), XII (Stream SX) or
under graduation (Stream SB).
JBNSTS Senior Scholarship

JBNTSE Senior Scholarship registered under the West


Bengal Society Registration Act, JBNSTS is promoted by
the Government of West Bengal. The scholarship is one
of the oldest and prestigious scholarships instituted by
JBNSTS in India. Applicants who have passed their
Senior Secondary and are currently studying in the First
year of graduation in Basic sciences, Engineering or
Medicine in registered Colleges/Institutes/ Universities in
West Bengal are eligible to apply for this examination.
Jawaharlal Nehru Scholarships

The Jawaharlal Nehru Memorial Fund offers


scholarships for up to 2 years to Indian Nationals and
Nationals of other Asian countries for Ph.D studies in
India. Minimum 60% marks in Masters degree, age
below 35 years, full-time Ph.D. scholar, registered in a
recognized Indian University, and valid GATE/NET score.
Jawaharlal Nehru Scholarships for Doctoral Studies
offered in Science & Technology, Religion & Culture,
Sociology, Indian History, Economics, Environment and
NehruStudies.
Unified Cyber Olympiad (UCO)

Unified Council has forayed into Unified Cyber Olympiad


(UCO) It motivates children for computer knowledge.
Proficiency in these areas will help them in overcoming
problems related to software, management crises, lack of
judgement and decision-making. UCO will be conducted
at two levels. The first level exam will be conducted in
respective school premises. 500 students from every
class of II to X will be selected for the second level exam,
which will be conducted at the nearest selected State
Head Quarters/Main Towns.
