Aviva Is UK based company which has been established 300 years ago with
the purpose of serving customer. Our main motive is to with the customer
from beginning till end. With this in mind the company has established its
business all over the world. In the year 2002 it enters Indian market with
bang. In India the company has a joint venture with Dabur which is one of
the biggest brands in India.
Dabur as we all know one of the most valuable brand in India. We have all
eat Dabur Chamanpraksh while growing up in our childhood. In the
beginning Aviva has more share percentage that Dabur. In todays time
the share percentage is 51% Aviva and 49% Dabur. Both the companies
are almost equal in percentage. There is a never lasting strong bond
between the companies which will never ends.

RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION

For recruiting the candidates we have link with some consults which I couldnt
disclose as per company rules and regulation. A part from there is internal
Job posting which is known as IGP in which employee of Aviva can apply,
we also ask from references from our employees as per our policy. We
move our employees within our organization with the help of IGP in any
branch or state or city which he or she wants. We take everyone equal. No
preferences given.
For hiring the candidates we look whether the candidate is flexible, situation
handling skills, How he works under pressure etc. We especially look for
candidates who can handle situation smartly, whose never stops in any
situation, who is enthusiastic, dynamic and honest with his work..
TRAINING

We believe hat practical training is best and we provide the same to our
newly joined candidates. We also provide the IRDA Training which is
mandatory for every candidate. After completing the IRDA we then
provide the training to the candidate depending upon their role for which
they have been hired by the organization. Our experts and manger always
ready for proving their support and guidance in the training in whatever
way they can help along with practical training.

For example if any vandalising, riot happens in our head office in gurugram and after which cannot
operate here for a particular time period. In this case we have a back which is ready and we
can ship to a location in CHENNAI which is kept ready every time for such situation so that it
doesnt affect our business. We can continue our operation without any delays. There is laptop
given to our employees which is linked to our server and can be used as backup from home from
doing business without any delay. Everything is protected and ready just in case of any foreseen
circumstances it can be mobilised with immediate effect.
At Aviva we are ready to handle any situation at any time. Everything is up to date with 100% security

FUTURE ASPECTS AND LAUNCGING

There are many new things which have been planned for future. It has already

simpler , effective and efficient. We have launched Aviva Heart care a year
back the only policy of its kind which other company doesnt have. It already
has become the product of year and most liked product of all.
Two months back we have launched Aviva I Life Total which includes return on
maturity, covers terminal illness, double on accident and fixed income benefit
after death. The above mention things are combined in one plan. It is the best
plan and covers the entire customer query which they have earlier. It is a go to
plan and one of best plan running. We have already sold the plan to more the
150 customers .The plan is on high demand as of now and it has shaken the
entire insurance market. The above plan has given us an additional edge over
