Problems faced

On consolidated basis the company incurred a net loss

of rs 77 cr in FY15 , up from 21.40 cr in year ago period.
In the 9 month period ending December 2014, the
company had a loss of rs 75.2 cr.
As on march 2014, debt stands rs 3326.5 increased from
rs 2390.5 cr on annual basis. It consolidated net
indeptness totaled rs 2863.83,
They also faced problems from the competitors

Activities of CCD

They have introduced monthly employee engagement activities to

drive a forum for talent expression as well as to provide
opportunities to network with employees of the group companies.
they had very enthusiastic participation and look forward to more
interesting programs henceforth.
Look walker activity for caf Coffee day were done across
Mumbai, Delhi & Pune for their newly launched Combo offers that
are : 49 combo offer, 69 combo offer & 89 combo offer. The main
target behind this activity was to make people aware of CCDs
new combo offer as well as to increase the no of footfalls at CCD
shops.
Their CSR activities focuses on finding the potential in the people,
