Each Aileron is equipped with a balance
Tab and balance panel. These units aid in
reducing system loading during manual
control if all hydraulic power is lost.

The Spoilers are used for two basic
functions:

Flight Spoiler Hydraulic S/O Valves
Speed Brakes
Automatic Speed Brakes
