Renaissance Training Center shall pilot in assuring

of active participation of its employees and adherence to
Quality Management System.
RenaissanceTraining Center also commits contineous
improvement on the effectiveness of the management
system.

House Rules
1. Absences/lates are not allowed. We serve
only 15min grace period.
2. Remedial Lesson Request Form is valid for 1
year.
3. Daily quizzes is given 30min before the end
of class. Cheating is not tolerable.
4. We do not replace LOST certificate.
5. Trainees should be in appropriate attire.
(short pants, slippers/sandals,
sleeveless/sando are not allowed)
6. No loitering arround during class hour.
7. Vandalism (writting on tables, chairs and
walls) are STRICTLY prohibited.
8. Cellphone are to be kept in SILENT mode
during lectures.
9. Consumption of alcohol and use of
prohibited drugs are STRICTLY not allowed.
10. Companions of trainee are NOT allowed to
stay inside the premises.
11. Follow instructions from trainors during
emergency and stay calm.
12. Cleanliness must be observe at all times
within the premisses.
13. Abseentee or late trainee shall secure
Remedial Form at the registrar in order to
continue his training.
14. Abseentee shall make-up for the same day of
the week he missed. (Ex: Tuesday he should
take Tuesday next week). In case of make-up
with special time/day requested. He will have
to shoulder the tutorial session and the cost
of a day fee equivalent to php 1,500.
15. Company charge trainee is not allowed to make
absences without duly notification from their
crewing or training manager.
16. Trainee with absences is not allowed to take the
final examination. Rather he will have to take it
upon his remedial day.
17. Last Day is the Assessment day, total item in final
examination is 25.
In order to pass, you must attain 18 points or more.
18. Trainees are given 3 chances to pass the
examination and failure to that a remedial
form is to be issued, signifying a necessity for
further tutorial lesson.
19. Hand outs are given in CD form. It is
recommended to take down notes to capture
important points emphasized.
20. Smoking is not allowed inside the building.
However smokers may do so at 6th the floor
of the open area. Throwing cigarette butts on
adjacent building and its surrounding areas
is prohibited.
21. It is the policy of the building that trainees must
stay inside the building althroughout the
duration of the course.
Likewise, canteen is provided at the 5th floor of
this building during snack and break time, all
trainees are directed to use the canteen.
22. Whenever the trainee requires that going
outside the premises is inevitable, the
said trainee shall secure a gate pass from
the registration department indicating
his/her reasons of doing so. Generally the
trainees must be inside the premises at
all times, as to avoid any incidents that
may be encountered, such as (Victimized
by riding-in-tandem, snatchers and
poisoned by eating street foods).
23. Meals can be avail on credit, that is such
case the trainee has no budget for meals
for the day. It could be charged as
credits. However, it should be settled on
the next day.
This provision is not applicable for 1 day
training course.
For the company charge you should
settle the meal on the last day.
