S 12.1 Inspect the state of sanitation of pubic
swimming and bathing places. S 12.2 Ascertain if personnel of establishment are examined regularly for the infectious, communicable or contagious disease. S 12.3 Ensure the validity of the sanitary permit of the pubic swimming or bathing places. S 12.4 Issue and ensure the validity of heath certificate of employees of the establishment SECTION 12- RESPONSIBIITY OF THE LOCA HEALTH OFFICER S 12.5 Ensure the employment and trainings of lifeguard and required number as compared to the bating load of the establishments. S 12.6 S 12.7 Ensure the test of bacteriological quality of water, chlorine contents of water, ventilation and lightning S 12.8 Examine sanitation records of the establishment S 12.9 Observe the pool load, safety devices and safety of the personnel and clients. SECTION 12- RESPONSIBIITY OF THE LOCA HEALTH OFFICER S 12.10 Conduct sanitary surveys of outdoor bathing places. S 12.11 Inspect the water distribution system, mechanical apparatus for cross- connection and other defects. S 12.12 Investigate reported drowning incidents in coordination with the local police and institute preventive measures to mitigate the spread of communicable, contagious or infectious diseases coming from these establishments and facilities. SECTION 12- RESPONSIBIITY OF THE LOCA HEALTH OFFICER

agencies and non- government organizations in the enforcement of these rues and regulations. S 12.14 Issue mission order to sanitation inspector in conducting inspection. SECTION 13- PENAL PROVISION
S 13.1 Any person who shall violate, disobey,
refuse, omit or neglect to comply with any of the provisions of these rues and regulations, shall be guilty of the misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished by imprisonment for the period not exceeding six(6) months or by fine not exceeding Php 1000.00 or both depending upon the discretion of the court. SECTION 13- PENAL PROVISION S Any person who shall interfere with or hinder , or oppose any officer, agent or member of the department of heath or of the bureau S s and engineers and sanitation inspectors in the performance of his duty as provided for under the rues and regulations, or shall tear down, mutilate, deface or alter any placard , notice , affixed to the premises in the enforcement of these rues and regulations shall be guilty of misdemeanor and punishable upon conviction by imprisonment for a period not exceeding six (6) months or by a fine not exceeding Php. 1000.00 or both depending on the discretion of the court. SECTION 15 -REPEALING CLAUSE

which are inconsistent with the provisions of these rues and regulations are hereby repealed or amended accordingly. SECTION 16- EFFECTIVITY

effect after fifteen (15) days from date of publication in the official gazette or a newspaper or genera circulation.
