Beer Distribution Game 2.0

 Step 1: Incoming Goods and Payment Procedures

1. Drag all tokens from the field Incoming Goods to the field
Warehouse

2. Note the amount of goods on your Scorecard and the amount of

money you must pay for these goods
 Step 2: Incoming Orders

1. Take the envelope from the field Incoming Orders and check the
order
 Step 3: Outgoing Goods

1. Put the amount of tokens demanded by the order on the field

Outgoing Goods

2. Note the amount of outgoing goods on your Scorecard, calculate the

revenue with your personal purchase number and note it on your
Scorecard as well

3. Write down the amount of ordered goods and the amount of

dispatched goods
 Step 4: Inventory and stock holding costs

1. Check your stock capacity and note the amount on your Scorecard

2. Calculate the stock holding costs for the amount of tokens in your
warehouse (number of tokens * 1.5)

3. Calculate the cash flow of your budget by adding all cost positions
(Keep the signs in mind)
 Step 5: Make your order

1. Make your order and seal it in the envelope
