Outdoor unit Error Code

Midea VRF system has self Diagnosis function, which main purpose is to
help the Service Engineer to find out fault fast and easily.

When the system in error status, the outdoor unit or indoor unit can
display the error code:
On the indoor PCB, the LED s would show the error code.
And on the outdoor unit, the LCD display will display the error code.

Outdoor unit Error Code

23 23: when in standby mode,


it display the quantity of indoor units in the
system;

70: when outdoor unit is running,


70 For DC Inverter System,
It display the frequency of inverter
compressor(70Hz);

dF: when in defrost mode,


dF it display dF.

when system is in error or protection mode,

Three-phase power protector

The bad power supply may cause the


compressor badly damaged by frequent
start/stop, over/under voltage, over
current, phase reverse, phase imbalance,
phase no. reduction ,etc.

Key parameter

Rated Voltage: 380V, 50/60Hz


Over-voltage and under-voltage: +20%, -10% fluctuation
Imbalance protection function: 10%
Phase lost, phase reverse

Mode conflict :
For the Inverter Smart system( 2 Pipe), cooling
or heating can be not realized by the
same system at the same time. Heating
mode has priority:
Rules
Outdoor unit is running in cooling mode, when received heating requirement, outdoor unit
change to heating mode and the indoor units which are in cooling mode will display mode
conflict;
When the outdoor unit is running in heating mode, If cooling or fan only is required from any
indoor unit , the outdoor unit does not acknowledge the requirement, and the indoor units will
display this conflict mode.

Poor performance wrong selection of refrigerant pipe, indoor EXV or branch joint,
the refrigerant distribution among the indoor units is quite
imbalance;

3.The match ratio is more than 130%

Push the cover down ,then use a pin press the lock button for 5 seconds,
