ecuacin para expresar el crecimiento celular aerobio.
Los microorganismos (por ej. E. coli) contienen un amplio rango de elementos (Tabla 1). Sin embargo 90
95 % de la biomasa puede estar constituida por 4 elementos mayores: C, H, O, N.

1. Obtencin de la formula para biomasa: una vez obtenida, los coeficientes son evaluados usando
procedimientos normales para balances de ecuaciones.
