REUTILIZATION TECHNOLOGY BY
HEAT INJECTION.
PRESENTED BY

The project primarily concerns utilization of the
exhaust gas heat of automobiles. According to recent
statistics around 64% of heat of combustion of fossil
fuel is lost in exhaust gas. So, efforts to use this heat via
special design of heat exchanger to achieve successive
air blasting ,through pressure nozzles, will allow to turn
a small turbine to generate useful power.
Subsequently, efficiency thereby mileage of
automobiles-both 2 and 4 wheelers can be multiplied.
TECHNOLOGY
A recent exhaust gas heat utilization technique
implements peltier modules which generate
thermoelectricity, but such device in vehicles have not
been commercialized. But this design incorporates the
use of the high temperature (around 1000 degrees) to
heat fresh air in confined space for it to expand and
blast out of pressure nozzles to drive turbine. Such
multiple modules will be assembled into the special
design of heat exchanger, coupled with one way valves
(operating at atmospheric pressure) for continuous
compensation of air released by formation of partial
vacuum.
DEGREE OF INNOVATION
THERE HAS BEEN MULTIPLE
ATTEMPTS
IN EXHAUST GAS REUTILISATION
BUT MOST OF THEM HAVE
ACHIEVED A MAXIMUM OF EXTRA
5% EFFICIENCY.
