COMPANY PROFILE

Punjab & Sind Bank is a government-owned bank (79.62%), with headquarters in


New Delhi. Of its 1466 branches spread throughout India, 623 branches are in
Punjab state. The bank was established in 21 June,1908. The bank was founded on
the principle of social commitment to help the weaker section of the society in
their economic endeavors to raise their standard of life.

INTRODUCTION OF PROJECT

This project is aimed at developing EASY LOAN


MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Contains various types of loans, to easily handle the loan
portfolio.
Manages Enquiry details, accounts details, documents
details.
Act as easy inspection tool with high efficiency.
Our Easy Loan Management System is fully loaded with
well-designed and maintained high end feature which
makes it an ideal choice for banker dealing with loans.
Languages used Core Java with My SQL.
EXISTING SYSTEM

The existing system has got many disadvantages.


Users have to be on banks network to access the data.
We can check loan data of only one account at one time.
Number of reports is limited.

DRAWBACKS

The existing system has got following disadvantages:


It is time consuming job.
Cannot be accessed on network other than banks network.
Preparation of reports is not an easy work.
PROPOSED SYSTEM

The main object of this project is to design and


develop a system which would be able to provide the
data in required form which is not currently provided
by their actual system but is required by the
managers of bank. The newly proposed system
eliminates the problem of being on banks network
for accessing data and reports of different kind can
be retrieved that are not available in current package
used by bank. To overcome the complexity of this
environment and to manage its resources with
optimal efficiency.
ADVANTAGES

Proposed system has the following advantages:


Quick reports
Easy and manageable data
Easily accessible away from Banks network.
Contains data otherwise not accessible in present
system.

MODULES

1. LOGIN

The login screen will allow the user to enter the system and access
and process the data present in the system. The login will provide
the security such that no person other than the actual user of
software i.e. the banker would be able to enter into the system.

2. INPUT RECORDS

This part of system will be used to input data that is required by


the system according to the type of loan. Since different type of
loans have different requirements we will have the forms
customized according to it. The data may include basic information
of loan, various documents acquired, various dates, references etc.
3. PRINT REPORTS

We will be able to view and print various reports required by the


banker in easing various processes and keeping insights of all the
active loans. This will provide the data in very easy to understand
and formatted form with only information that will be required by
the user.

4. SEARCH RECORDS

We will have the facility to locate a particular case and view its
details as well as modify them if needed.
5. MODIFYING RECORDS

We will be able to modify records at any time and save them.


Modifications can be made when some process is completed or
more documents are added or renewal of documents etc.
