About JENIA PRINTING PRESS:
JENIA PRINTING PRESS established by Mr.
Shoeb Ullah in 1982 at Fakirapul area at
Dhaka city. He invested only TK.75000 to
start this printing press. He started his
business with only 5 employee and with
only 2 press machine but at present the
number of employee of this organization is
more than 120 and it also opened two new
branch of it. One situated in Sahjahanpur
and another one at Banglabazar. And now it
has 11 high quality printing machine as well
as 10 computers with internet connection.

In this printing press several types of
services are provided, i.e. printing
books, visiting cards, calendar, dairy,
invitation card, greeting card,
magazine etc. At present the ROA
(Return on Investment ) of this
organization is more than 70 lakh TK.

Objective:
The main objective of the report is to find out the job
satisfaction level of employees of an organization
Methodology:
This report basically creates on primary data base as
well as survey method by filling survey questionnaire
by the employees.
Limitations
To prepare this report we have faced a lot of problems
such as time limitation, less co- operation from
respondent etc.

Conclusion:
From the above analysis , I can easily
assume about the satisfaction level of job
of the employees of JENIA PRINTING
PRESS. Almost all the employee think that
their organization is better than its
competitors. And everyone merely agreed
with that the working environment changed
than before.
I can say in brief that job satisfaction level
of the employees of JENIA PRINTING
PRESS is moderate.
Recommendation:
Authority should less the work burden and
should start overtime system to make the
job interesting to the employee.
Authority should provide sufficient
resources and training that employee need
to complete his work without any error.
Salary should be increased.
Job security should be increased.
Superiors should build a friendly
relationship with subordinate for easily
handle any problem and remove
complaints.
