Admission Policies
for SENIOR HIGH
SCHOOL
 A. POLICY ON ADMISSION
1. All SHS applicants are required to undergo the admissions
screening process.

2. Parents will be informed about the result of the screening

process. The details of the results will remain confidential.

3. All applicants should have passing grades (grade not lower than
75%) in all subjects for the previous grade level.

4. All new applicants who are interested to study senior high

school in LAMS shall take examinations shall provide all admission
requirements.

5. Applicants must pay the nun-refundable (but deductible from

the fees) reservation fee of P500.00 starting January of the next
year (for the first Semester) and August (for the second Semester).
6. The application is considered official once a receipt has
been issued.

7. Applicants must submit all the requirements first before

enrollment.

FOR STEM
8. The applicant must not have a general average not lower
than 78 in Science and Mathematics.

9. An additional fee of one thousand pesos per laboratory

within the semester shall be required.
B. ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS:
(For new students / transferees)
1. 2x2 colored ID pictures (4 copies)
2. PSA certified birth certificate
3. Grade 10 report card duly signed by the principal
4. Certificate of JHS completion
5. Certificate of good moral character
6. ESC Certificate (for ESC graduates only)
7. For honor graduates, certification of the principal for the honor
received
8. Interview and Assessment Examination
9. Early Registration Form
10. Additional Requirements for Foreign students or students
coming from other countries
a. Permit to study
b. Interpretation of foreign-based grades
 C. ADMISSION PROCEDURE
1. Fill out the application form.

2. Submit the accomplished form to the Admissions Office.

3. Proceed to the cash section and pay the Assessment

Examination Fee.

4. Get schedule of examination and room assignment.

5. Take assessment examination based on the given schedule.

6. Get the examination results after three (3) working days.

7. Proceed to the Program Head to present the requirements and

for interview.
