DNA Fingerprinting is the banding patterns that used to compare one

isolate with another by separated the band in sequencing gels. Most
of the DNA fingerprinting techniques are based on the
presence/absence of the restriction sites (polymorphic restriction
sites) while others are based on the homologies to short
oligonucleotide primers
PCR-based DNA fingerprinting is an accurate, fast and simple method
to characterize and differentiate microbial populations. A number of
genotyping methods are available and used for typing, identification
and classification of microbes.
The Objective to know procedure of chemical taxonomy based on DNA
fingerprinting or total of cellular protein.
Procedure Of Chemical Systematic with DNA Fingerprinting.

Jaccard's Coefficient
The procedure and steps of chemical taxonomy using DNA fingerprinting is
collecting data, processing the data band of fingerprinting, interpretation data
become numeric data, make matrix, presentation of classification result, and
determine the taxonomic structure. The closest relationship based on Jaccards
coefficient and Simple Matching coefficient is L, K, J, I, H,G, F and E with
value (0,75)
