    Washing of eye using boric acid solution


    Local intra ocular injection of penacart (dexa and prednisolone) in both canthus
    Application of toberadex eye drops and polyfax eye ointment.
    Tissue inside the orbit reduced in size in one week and later dried off
    Eye lids mostly closed but intact.
