INTRODUCTION :-
 Mr.Pushpatsinh k punwar who is a
channel partner of DTDC Company
and owner of one franchisee in odhav
area.
 DTDC is one of the largest Indian
company in the Express industry.
 DTDC takes the credit of pioneering the
franchisee concept for the courier
industry in India , and today has the
largest franchisee network.

 Headquartered at Bangalore, with 4 of its Zonal Offices at
Delhi, Kolkata, Chennai & Mumbai, DTDC currently
serves around 10,000 pincode areas and has over 4,000
Franchised outlets, supported by 176 offices, which
includes its Branch offices, Regional offices, Area offices,
Hubs and Sub-offices.

 DTDC has extended its service in many international market
like as USA, UK, Singapore, UAE, Nepal, Bhutan,
Bangladesh, Sri Lanka & Hong Kong.

 DTDC has major growth plans both organic and inorganic in


the Express and Cargo segment and partnership with
reliance group.

CHALLENGES FACED

 Year by year he struggled on a bicycle. And


after that he got the experience to Courier
Company.
 After started his courier franchisee he faced
many problems. There were many
competitors in courier field like maruti,
bluedart etc.,.
 But he was struggled very hard in front of all
these competitors. And there were many
other challenges faced after started his
business. He has no enough money to start
the business so he was continued his job on
bicycle.

MAJOR DECISIONS

 Coming from middleclass family but


started a new pioneer in Ahmedabad.

 With the low experience To start


franchisee network in competitive
market.


FUTURE PLANING :-
